The Guernsey Association of Pension Providers has launched a draft code of practice on qualified registered overseas pension schemes (QROPS).
The code will outline to advisors the standards in place, and how the registered QROPS providers will interpret HMRC regulations on the island.
Membership of the association is voluntary, but it is expected that providers will want to be seen to be members.
